All new hires will be emailed the ‘New Hire Packet’ once they are Board approved, typically the day after the Board meeting. To access all new hire paperwork you will be required to login to our RECORDS system. The link will be in the email and is listed below.

Please provide the appropriate form below to your previous employer. Ask them to complete the form and return it to the Personnel Department. If we advance you on your salary scale you will receive an email with the personnel action.

PowerSchool Professional Learning (Use this link to find your Username and Password).
You may have recently received a welcome email regarding ALSDE Professional Learning that came from the following email address (noreply@truenorthlogic.com).
This was a legitimate ALSDE communication intended to invite you join the new PowerSchool Professional Learning portal. This portal is replacing Chalkable PD for all Alabama educators.
If you find that your account is not working as expected, please contact your district technology coordinator or professional learning director for assistance. If you are no longer with a local school district (WOLEA), then send an email to PLadmin@alsde.edu.

Eagle Counseling is here to help!
Madison City is proud to announce that we are partnering with Eagle Counseling to provide these services through our EAP.
Our insurance PEEHIP allows for 24 visits to a mental health center. Madison City Schools will provide each employee with mental health visits through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Eagle Consulting Counseling Division. Madison City Schools will pay the $15.00 co-pay for the first (5) sessions per employee (maximum of $75.00 per person) for the lifetime of the employee. After five (5) EAP sessions, you, the employee will be responsible for your own $15.00 co-pay.
Eagle Counseling has three locations; Huntsville (Providence), Decatur, and Cullman. As an employee of Madison City Schools, you can go to either location. They even offer telehealth visits as well.
